  • The melon-kefir diet includes two products, kefir with 0 or 1 percent fat and watermelon. It is necessary to eat in turn a glass of kefir or 300-400 grams of watermelon pulp every three hours. It is better to start the day with watermelon pulp and finish with kefir.
